How It Works:
FKC offers a complete line of rotary screen thickeners for stand alone use or prethickening prior to a screw press. When used in conjunction with a screw press, rotary screen thickeners dramatically increase the throughput capacity of the screw press and simplify operation by stabilizing inlet consistency to the screw press.

The patented High Consistency RST design with it's independently driven drum and screw allow the user the ability to independently control retention time and the amount of filtration area exposed to the material being dewatered over a given amount of time.
This results in an operationally flexible prethickener that delivers a higher outlet consistency, greater throughput, and requires less polymer.
The HC-RST is precision manufactured in both single and double drum models of various sizes using state of the art design for low maintenance construction; custom built to the performance requirements of the application.
*특허를 취득한 HC-RST는 드럼과 드럼에 내장된 Screw가 별도로 부착된 변속기 구동장치에 의해 각각 역방향으로 구동되고 있습니다.
이들의 스피드를 바꿈으로 인해 HC-RST 내 오니의 체류시간과 여과면적이 변하여 HC-RST의 출구농도(Screw Press의 입구농도)를 임의로 변화시킬 수 있습니다. 요구사양에 따라 HC-RST의 드럼의 직경과 길이, 싱글 드럼, 더블 드럼 등을 선택할 수 있습니다.
